Andrea Jones is the CEO of The Executagility® Company and Principal at Andrea Jones Consulting®. Andrea has focused on efficient and effective Project Management and Change Implementation for over 20 years. Her diverse consulting firm focuses on executing projects ranging from implementing ERP systems to standardizing and optimizing operational processes. 

The Executagility Model® was born from AJC’s work over several years and empowers SMBs to be confident in their lasting capability to identify, prioritize, and execute projects using our signature tools and training. Andrea began her career at Intel Corporation and has worked with Genentech Inc., McKinstry, Skanska, Vetsource, Power Systems West, Precision Analytical, the Gemological Institute of America, Acumed, and more. Andrea has an MBA from MIT Sloan, a Systems Engineering Masters from MIT, a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelors in Chemistry and Japanese from the University of Oregon. She is a long-standing Vistage Member, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Facilitator in the Working Genius model by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group.
